Kinetarafor funparks

Missed Call · AI Voice Agent

Your park answers every call. Even on the Saturday the queue reaches the door.

Kinetara is a voice agent for funparks, trampoline and adventure parks, escape rooms, bowling centres, aquaparks and family attractions. It picks up in under three seconds, talks to the guest in German, English or Slovenian – nine CEE languages in all – and leaves your team a structured note. Every day, all day.

It is a real line answered by a real agent. Ask it about opening hours, a birthday party, how many people fit in an escape room – whatever a guest would ask.

  1. Welcome – how can I help you today?

  2. Hi – we're eight for an escape room on Saturday. Does that work?

  3. Eight is above the room maximum of six. The best experience is four to five, so I'd suggest two groups in two rooms – you can play them side by side. Shall I note that down for the team?

  4. Yes please, that sounds good.

“Our busiest hours used to be the hours we were least reachable. Now every call gets an answer, and the notes that come through are usable – group size, the attraction, the booking number. The team picks it up from there.”

The shape of the problem

You don't have a call problem. You have a peak problem.

The phone rings hardest exactly when the counter is busiest – the first Saturday of the holidays, the hour after a rainy forecast, the week before a birthday. Those are the calls that decide a booking. They are also the calls nobody can reach.

  • Calls your team takes
  • Calls beyond what the counter can take
  • What one person at the counter can handle

A typical Saturday at an indoor park. The counter absorbs the morning fine. From early afternoon the same person is selling tickets, handing out socks and answering the phone – and the phone is what gets dropped.

Scope

Six questions make up most of your call volume

These are not hypothetical categories. They are what guests at an indoor park actually ring about, and the agent handles all six from a knowledge base you approve.

Opening hours & today's status

Including the holiday exception: open every day from 10:00 during school holidays, Monday included. The agent states today's hours instead of pointing at the website.

Birthdays

What a package includes, the child's age, how many guests, what to bring. It captures the details and hands them to your events team.

Group size & splitting

Four to five is the best experience, six the maximum. Above that the agent actively offers two groups in two rooms rather than saying no.

Age, height and safety rules

Which room suits a nine-year-old, which one has jumpscares, when an adult must come along. Slowly, and only from your rules.

Cancellations & rebooking

It takes the booking number, records what the guest needs, and reassures them your team will come back with a solution. It never promises a refund or a free move.

Walk-in or book ahead

Booking online is the recommended path, walk-ins are always welcome. It never promises a specific slot and never tells a guest to ring back later.

Setup

Four steps, about two weeks

01

Forward the line

Unanswered calls forward to a Kinetara number after a few rings, or all calls outside opening hours. Nothing in your phone system changes and your number stays yours.

02

Approve what it may say

Hours, prices, age limits, room rules, package contents, contact addresses. The agent speaks only from that. Anything outside it goes to your team, not to a guess.

03

The note lands where you work

Every call arrives as structured data: intent, attraction, group size, booking number, callback wish – by email, into your CRM, or over a webhook into your own tooling.

04

Read it monthly, tune it

You get a monthly report: volume, what guests asked, what the agent could not answer. That list is the next version of the knowledge base.

What operators ask us first

The three objections, answered plainly

“Families will hate talking to a robot.”

If asked directly whether it is a person, the agent says what it is. It never presents a numbered menu, never asks anyone to press a key, and speaks informally in German the way your counter staff do. Guests stay on the line because they get an answer to their question in the first sentence – which is more than a voicemail beep or a fifth unanswered ring gives them.

“It will promise something we can't deliver.”

It confirms no slot, takes no payment, and quotes no price you have not approved. On a cancellation it captures the booking number and promises exactly one thing – that your team will get back to the guest and look for a solution. Whether that is a refund, a new date or nothing is your decision, and the agent never pre-empts it.

“We already have someone on the phone.”

Then you already know the problem is not the first call, it is the fourth one during the 15:00 rush. The agent takes the overflow, the evenings and the closed days. Your person keeps the calls that need a person – and stops apologising to the family at the counter for picking up the phone.

We don't sell AI. We give the counter back to the family standing at it – and the phone stops being the thing that interrupts them.

Questions

Before you call the demo line

Which languages does it actually speak?

German, English, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, Hungarian, Slovak and Czech. It starts in the language you set for the line and switches for the whole call if the guest clearly speaks another. It never mixes two languages in one answer.

Does it book a slot?

Not by default. It explains the booking flow, sends the guest to your online booking, and records what they wanted. If you want real availability and confirmed slots, that is a booking-system integration on the Enterprise plan.

What happens with an angry guest?

It apologises first, does not try to solve the complaint itself, takes the booking number and the details, and closes with a clear promise that your team will come back and look for a solution. If you have a person available it can transfer the call instead.

Do we have to change our phone system?

No. You set a forward on your existing line – after a set number of rings, or outside opening hours. Your published number does not change and nothing is installed at the park.

Who hears the recordings?

You do. Calls are recorded and transcribed if you want them to be, the guest is told at the start of the call, and the data stays within the EU. FrodX is the processor; the sub-processor list is part of the contract.

How long until it is live?

About two weeks. One session to collect what the agent may say, one week of building and internal test calls, then a soft launch on out-of-hours calls before you point the busy hours at it.

Ring it before you decide anything

Two minutes on the demo line tells you more than any deck. Ask it something awkward – a group of nine, a birthday for a six-year-old, a booking you want to move.
